How do I connect the Client to the Server?
Ensure both your PC and Android devices are connected to the exact same local Wi-Fi network. Launch the Airpoint Server app on your Windows PC, scan the generated settings QR code from the Airpoint Client mobile app, and the link will initialize instantly.
My connection keeps failing. What should I check?
1. Verify that your PC and phone are on the same local network subnet.
2. Confirm your Windows Defender Firewall allows inbound TCP/UDP traffic for the Airpoint Server app.
3. Ensure your router's AP Isolation (client isolation) setting is turned off.
Is my connection encrypted and secure?
Yes. Cerosoft Airpoint communication is structured directly point-to-point over your local area network (LAN). No mouse movement, key stroke, or connection handshake data is ever routed, analyzed, or stored on external servers.
